本研究分析了高职食品专业学生就业现状,并依据本校实际制定高职食品专业学生就业岗位能力培养方案,概括为三方面,一是明确学生就业能力与企业的供需关系;二是构建基于职业胜任力的就业能力模型;三是制定学生应对就业压力的积极模式。
This study analyzed the status quo of employment of food majors in higher vocational schools and based on the actual situation of our school, formulated the plan of cultivating the abilities of postgraduates of food majors in vocational colleges. It summarized three aspects. Firstly, it clarified the relationship between the employability of students and the supply and demand of enterprises; Competency of employability model; third is to develop students to deal with the pressure of employment positive model.
