目的分析一起公司食堂食物中毒事件发生的原因,为类似事件的处理提供依据。方法进行流行病学调查,采集标本进行病原菌分离和鉴定。结果从14份标本中检出副溶血弧菌。综合临床表现、流行病学调查和实验室检测结果,判定为一起由副溶血弧菌交叉污染引起的食物中毒。结论应加强食堂卫生管理,制定并完善卫生制度;相关部门应加强监督,避免食品安全事件的发生。
Objective To analyze the causes of food poisoning incidents in the company canteen and provide basis for the handling of similar incidents. Methods Epidemiological investigation, collection of specimens for pathogen isolation and identification. Results Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected in 14 samples. Comprehensive clinical manifestations, epidemiological investigations and laboratory test results, judged as cross-contamination caused by V. parahaemolyticus food poisoning. Conclusion Health management of the canteens should be strengthened to formulate and improve the health system; relevant departments should strengthen supervision and avoid food safety incidents.
