介绍与分析了马斯洛的“自我实现”观，探讨了“自我实现”在我国的现实意义，指出青年人树立崇高的理想，钻研技能与踏实的工作是自我实现的必要条件。
This paper introduces and analyzes Maslow ’s concept of “self - actualization”, probes into the practical significance of “self - actualization” in our country, and points out that it is a necessary condition for young people to establish their lofty ideals and to study their skills and practical work.
