本文建立了细胞自身免疫识别和相互作用的体外模型——自身混合淋巴细胞反应(AMLR)的实验方法,并对102例HBV 感染者非T-T 细胞间AMLR 进行了研究。结果表明,不同临床类型的乙肝患者AMLR 均有不同程度的缺陷,且AMLR 的缺陷与血清HBV 复制也存在相关性。AMLR 缺陷与刺激细胞相关而与反应性T 细胞无关;在刺激细胞对AMLR 的诱导中,DR 抗原起主要作用,DQ 抗原也有一定的作用;乙型肝炎患者刺激细胞表面DR 抗原及DQ 抗原对AMLR 的诱导存在不同程度的受损。
