[目的]了解武汉市江夏区农村井水微生物污染状况。[方法]对332件农村饮用井水的水质按GB/T5750.12-2006规定的方法进行总大肠菌群和耐热大肠菌群检测。[结果]总大肠菌群阳性检出率为95.8%;耐热大肠菌群的检出率为73.2%。[结论]农村井水微生物污染主要为耐热大肠菌群,且污染比较严重,存在暴发肠道传染病的可能性。农村饮水安全问题应引起高度重视。
[Objective] To understand the status of microbial contamination of well water in Jiangxia district of Wuhan. [Method] The water quality of well drinking water in 332 rural areas was tested according to the method specified in GB / T5750.12-2006 for total coliforms and heat-resistant coliform bacteria. [Results] The positive detection rate of total coliform was 95.8% and the detection rate of heat-resistant coliform bacteria was 73.2%. [Conclusion] The well water microbial pollution in rural areas is mainly heat-resistant coliforms, and the pollution is serious, so there is a possibility of outbreak of intestinal infectious diseases. Rural drinking water safety issues should be given high priority.
