目的总结分析肝脏血管瘤的声像图特点,探讨CDFI在肝脏血管瘤与肝癌鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法对326例肝脏血管瘤的声像图进行分析,总结其特点。结果326例肝脏血管瘤声像图表现为强回声占50%;低回声有强回声边缘占20%,无强回声边缘占7%;混合回声占23%。CDFI显示血流0级占85%,I级占11%,II占3%,III级占1%。结论肝脏血管瘤声像图具有其特征性,对于低回声和混合性回声肝血管瘤应与肝癌进行鉴别,超声是临床诊断肝脏血管瘤的首选检查方法。
Objective To summarize and analyze the features of hepatic hemangiomas and discuss the value of CDFI in the differential diagnosis of hepatic hemangiomas and liver cancer. Methods 326 cases of hepatic hemangiomas were analyzed and their characteristics were summarized. Results The acoustic echocardiography of 326 cases of hemangiomas showed that the echogenicity was 50%, the hypoechoic echogenicity was 20%, the echogenic edge was 7%, and the mixed echoes were 23%. CDFI showed Grade 0 blood flow accounted for 85%, I grade accounted for 11%, II accounted for 3%, III accounted for 1%. Conclusion The hepatic hemangioma has its characteristic features of sonography. For the hypoechoic and mixed echogenic hemangiomas, it should be distinguished from the liver cancer. Ultrasound is the first choice for the clinical diagnosis of hepatic hemangiomas.
