目的:建立同时测定失眠花草药枕中4种有效成分女贞苷、甘松新酮、蔓荆子黄素和苍术素含量的HPLC测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为SunFireTM C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);柱温:30℃;流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1);检测波长为254nm;以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱。结果:在45 min内花草药枕药粉中的女贞苷、甘松新酮、蔓荆子黄素、苍术素4种有效成分色谱分离度良好;4个被测成分在各自测定的线性范围内线性关系良好(r_(女贞苷)=0.999 8;r_(甘松新酮)=0.998 9;r_(蔓荆子黄素)=0.999 7;r_(苍术素)=0.999 8);平均加样回收率为97.4%~103.7%,RSD均小于2.4%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便易行、稳定可靠、专属性强,可用于失眠花草药枕的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of the four active ingredients, Ligustilon, Nansong Neo Ketone, Vitexin and Hematin in the pillow of Chinese medicinal herbs. Methods: The column was SunFireTM C_ (18) (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The column temperature was 30 ℃, the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -1, the detection wavelength was 254 nm, 0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution as mobile phase gradient elution. Results: The chromatographic resolution of the four effective components of luteolin, ganshu neotanone, vitex flavin, and atractylodes rhizome in Herbal Medicine pillow powder was good within 45 minutes. The linearity of the four tested components was linear (R_ (virginia glycosides) = 0.999 8; r_ (glucocorticoids) = 0.998 9; r_ (vitorine flavin) = 0.999 7; r_ (atractylodes) = 0.999 8); the average recovery was 97.4 % ~ 103.7%, RSD less than 2.4% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable, highly specific and can be used for the quality control of the sleep pillow.
