已知大麻可降低血清睾酮水平以及减少射精液中精子的密度,但有关大麻对人射精液中精子能动性的作用,尚未见报道。本文报道 A~9-四氢大麻酚(简称 THC)与人精子能动性的剂量-效应关系。供试样品中的精子浓度应高于1.5×10~6/ml,而且不断向前运动的精子应多于20%。THC 影响精子能动性的检测方法:取100μl 精液样品若干份,分别与50μl 不等浓度的 THC 溶液相混合。将混合液100μl 吸进一小管,其下端连接一张均匀分布5μm 毛细小孔的核孔(Nucleopore)膜。将小管插入盛有磷酸盐缓冲液(Dulbecco A,pH 7.3)的玻璃瓶中。在37°温育2小时过程中,精子越过膜进入磷酸盐缓冲液的比率称为跨膜移行比(Trans-membranemigration ratio,简称 TMMR)。
It is known that cannabis decreases serum testosterone levels and decreases the density of sperm in ejaculate, but the effect of cannabis on sperm motility in human ejaculate has not been reported. This article reports the dose-response relationship of A-9-THC and human sperm motility. The concentration of sperm in the test sample should be higher than 1.5 × 10 ~ 6 / ml, and the motility of the sperm should be more than 20%. THC test method to affect sperm motility: Take 100μl sperm samples in several copies, respectively, and 50μl of different concentrations of THC solution mixed. Pipette 100 μl of the mixture into a small tube and attach a Nucleopore membrane to the lower end of the well to evenly distribute 5 μm capillary pores. Tubules were inserted into glass vials containing phosphate buffer (Dulbecco A, pH 7.3). During 2 hours of incubation at 37 °, the ratio of sperm crossing the membrane into the phosphate buffer is called the trans-membrane migration ratio (TMMR).
