一种半导体激光倍频有机新晶体3-甲氧基4-羟基苯甲醛(MHBA),采用溶液降温法已培养出70mm×40mm×15mm的大单晶,实现了对808—817nm的半导体激光倍频的紫光(404—408.5nm)输出,在809nm处,获得了连续功率为3μW的404.5nm的紫光输出。
