为了探讨培养基、接种菌量和培养温度对真菌抑菌试验的影响,采用倍比稀释法做了5-氟胞嘧啶(5-FC)和酮康唑对白色念珠菌的抑菌实验,分别用沙氏液基和补充酵母氮源培养基,接种菌量分别为10~3/ml,10~4/ml和10~5/ml各20μl,培养温度为25℃和36℃。结果表明,5-FC采用补充酵母氮源培养基较沙氏液基好,酮康唑则反之;接种菌量为10~3/ml 20μl时,其结果波动大,不宜采用,另外两种菌悬液浓度所得结果无差别;随着温度的增长,最小抑菌浓度(MIC)增高。结论:做真菌抑菌试验时,应根据不同药物和菌种选择合适的培养基、接种菌浓度和培养温度。
In order to investigate the effect of culture medium, inoculating bacteria and culture temperature on fungistatic bacteriostasis, bacteriostasis experiments of Candida albicans with 5-fluorocytosine (5-FC) and ketoconazole Using Sabouraud-based medium and supplemented yeast nitrogen source medium, the inoculum counts were respectively 20μl of 10 ~ 3 / ml, 10 ~ 4 / ml and 10 ~ 5 / ml culture temperature of 25 ℃ and 36 ℃.
