本文用五种不同链长的马来酰亚胺自旋标记化合物研究了中国地鼠肺正常细胞V_(79)和癌变细胞V_(79)7-B_1膜蛋白巯基结合位置的性质.从所得ESR波谱计算了强、弱固定化成分比(S/W)和旋转相关时间(τ_c).由这些波谱参数随自旋标记化合物分子链长的改变推论出V_(79)和V_(79)-B_1细胞膜蛋白巯基结合位置的形状是圆锥形的,而V_(79细胞膜蛋白巯基结合位置比V_(79)-B_1细胞的深和窄小。
In this paper, five kinds of spin-labeled compounds with different chain lengths were used to study the properties of sulfhydryl binding sites of the V_ (79) and V_ (79) 7-B_1 membrane proteins in normal mouse hamster lung. The spectrums of strong and weak immobilized components (S / W) and rotation time (τ_c) were calculated by spectroscopy.The V_ (79) and V_ (79) -B_1 The shape of the membrane protein thiol binding site was conical, while the V_ (79) membrane protein thiol binding sites were deeper and narrower than the V_ (79) -B_1 cells.
