中药复方血清药理研究方法学探讨——Ⅳ

家兔灌胃桂枝汤,1 日1 次,连续3d 给药以及1 日2 次,连续3d 给药,末次给药后0.5~9h 采血,分离血清,观察各含药血清对病毒致细胞病变作用的影响。结果:上述各方法制备的含药血清抗副流感病毒致CPE作用所表现出的有效时间点分别为:无明显有效时间点、4~5h、2h、5~7h、1~6h,1 日2 次给药3d 及1日3 次给药后采集的含药血清可引起培养细胞明显的退行性改变。 The rabbits were treated with Guizhi Decoction on the 1st, once a day, for 3 consecutive days and twice a day, for 3 consecutive days, and blood was collected 0.5 to 9 hours after the last administration. The serum was separated and observed for each drug-containing serum against the virus. The effect of cytopathic effects. Results: The effective time points of the drug-containing serum prepared by the above methods against CPE caused by parainfluenza virus were: no obvious effective time point, 4~5h, 2h, 5~7h, 1~6h, 1st 2 The drug-containing serum collected after 3 days of sub-administration and 3 times a day can cause significant degenerative changes in cultured cells.
