新老路基结合处的不均匀沉降,一直是公路拓宽工程中的一个难题。针对铜川西环线拓宽工程,建立土体的弹塑性模型,采用ANSYS有限元软件计算新老路基在自重作用和外荷载作用下的沉降,研究新老路基不均匀沉降的规律。文章通过与依托工程的实测数据比较,验证了所选模型的正确性。并采用非线性最小二乘法来拟合沉降曲线,得到了沉降与时间的方程式,用来预估新老路基任一时刻的沉降值和最终沉降值。
The uneven settlement of the old and new roadbed has always been a challenge in the highway widening project. Aiming at the widening project of Tongchuan Western Ring Road, an elasto-plastic model of soil was established. The settlement of old and new roadbed under the action of self-weight and external load was calculated by ANSYS finite element software to study the law of uneven settlement of new and old subgrade. The article verifies the correctness of the selected model by comparing with the measured data based on the project. The nonlinear least square method was used to fit the settlement curve, and the settlement and time equation was obtained, which can be used to estimate the settlement and the final settlement value of the old and new subgrade at any time.
