人企业人才大体上可分为核心人才、通用人才和辅助人才等不同层次,其中核心人才发挥关键作用,对企业的生存发展具有决定意义。“8020”原则告诉我们,企业中往往是20%的人才创造了80%的效益。这20%的人才就是企业的核心人才。留住用好这些核心人才,提高他们的忠诚度,是企业人才工作的核心职能,也是企业领导者亟待破解的管理难题。
In general, human resource personnel can be divided into different levels such as core talents, general talents and auxiliary talents, among which core talents play a key role and are of decisive importance to the survival and development of enterprises. “8020 ” principle tells us that the enterprise is often 20% of the people to create 80% of the benefits. This 20% of the talent is the core talent of the enterprise. To retain and use these core talents and increase their loyalty is the core function of the enterprise’s personnel work and also the management problem urgently solved by the enterprise leaders.
