激励是中小企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分,也是中小企业人力资源管理中的薄弱环节。本文客观地分析了中小企业人力资源管理中激励机制不完善的主要表现,指出激励在中小企业人力资源管理中发挥着重要作用以及激励机制构建的对策,并提出了激励员工的有效方法。
Incentives are an important part of human resources management in SMEs and also the weakest link in the management of human resources in SMEs. This paper objectively analyzes the main manifestations of imperfect incentive mechanism in human resource management in small and medium-sized enterprises. It points out that incentive plays an important role in the human resources management of small and medium-sized enterprises as well as the countermeasures to construct the incentive mechanism and puts forward an effective way to motivate employees.
