Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, nearly 4 million people have retired military ranks. Most of the newly recruited officers joined the ranks of outstanding young men, and outstanding warriors (cadets) promoted themselves. They experienced ebb and flow of sand into camps and even cadres at or above the army level. They have made important contributions to army building. However, the military service system in our country stipulates that the vast majority of officers must be transferred to work in the front line of building socialism. Whether it is a grassroots officer below the battalion level. Or division-level mid-level officers, once transferred, will face a major transformation of life. How successful and successful this transition can be accomplished? Through a case study of the success and failure of the thousands of demobilized military officers, we believe that demobilized military officers need career planning. From the beginning of this issue, we will invite TENG An, the director of the Air Force’s Redemption Office, and Zhang Shenghua, an editor of the China Talents magazine, who have been studying and focusing on the career planning of military transition cadres for a long time. This series of talks will help those who have already re-established their jobs or face conversion Rational planning your own career.
