为了研究紫绀型先天性心脏病(先心)患者细胞钙转运机制,我们测定了20例紫纠型先心患此红细胞钙、Ca2+、Mg2+-ATPase与Na+、K+-ATPase活性。发现紫绀型先心患儿存在细胞钙转运异常。资料与方法紧绀型与非紫绀型先天性心脏病儿各20例,均未应用强心、扩血管等对Ca2+转运有影响
To investigate the mechanism of calcium transport in patients with cyanotic congenital heart disease (congenital heart disease), 20 erythrocyte Ca2 +, Ca2 +, Mg2 + -ATPases and Na +, K + -ATPase activities were measured in 20 patients with Violet’s syndrome. Found cyanotic congenital heart cells in children with abnormal calcium transport. Materials and Methods Twenty cases of congenital heart disease with cyanotic and non-cyanotic congenital heart disease each had 20 cases. None of them had cardiac and vasodilator effects on Ca2 + transport
