近年研究发现约85%镰状细胞性贫血及其它一些慢性溶血性贫血患者发生再生障碍危象时,在血液中可检出一种人类微小病毒(HPV)或其抗体的存在。已证实对骨髓起抑制作用者是病毒本身而不是伴随感染所产生的一些物质。HPV 是一种细胞毒,对骨髓红系晚期造血祖细胞 CFU-E 有直接杀伤作用。这一发现有重要意义,唤醒人们注意再生障碍性贫血是否也可能与病毒有关。 Recent studies have found that about 85% of sickle cell anemia and other chronic hemolytic anemia in patients with aplastic crisis occurs in the blood can detect the presence of a human parvovirus (HPV) or its antibodies. It has been demonstrated that the bone marrow is inhibited by the virus itself rather than with some of the material produced by the infection. HPV is a cytotoxic drug that has a direct killing effect on the erythrocytic hematopoietic progenitor cells CFU-E of bone marrow. This finding is of great importance, awakening people’s attention to whether aplastic anemia may also be virus-related.
