目的了解盘锦市某国有大型化工企业职业健康保护工作开展情况,确定该企业职业卫生管理工作的重点,为企业管理部门制定职业卫生管理决策提供依据。方法对该企业2012—2016年作业场所中职业病危害因素监测情况和健康监护结果进行描述分析。结果 2012—2016年盘锦市该企业职业病危害因素监测中有害因素检测点共3 860个,合格点3 616个,平均合格率93.68%。其中2013年合格率最高97.11%,其他年份合格率均在92.00%以上。化学毒物合格率,为99.96%,其次是物理因素合格率为83.44%,粉尘合格率最低(78.54%);2012—2016年该企业共体检13 297人次,异常检出人数为663人次,平均检出率为4.99%。检出异常项目主要是听力异常,平均占3.41%;其他异常项目依次为血压(0.80%)、血常规(0.77%)、胸部X线(0.01%)和肺功能(0.01%)。职业病3人,均为职业性噪声聋。职业禁忌证5人,其中2人为噪声作业人员,3人为高温作业人员。结论该企业的职业病危害因素防治和职业健康监护工作做得不理想,噪声是防治的重点,应加强噪声作业人员的个人防护及健康监护工作。
Objective To understand the implementation of occupational health protection in a large state-owned chemical enterprise in Panjin and to determine the key points of the occupational health management in this enterprise and provide the basis for enterprise management to formulate occupational health management decisions. Methods Describes and analyzes the surveillance of occupational hazards and the results of health monitoring in the workplace from 2012 to 2016 in this company. Results In 2012-2016, there were 3 860 detection points of harmful factors in the monitoring of occupational hazards in Panjin City, with 3 616 passing points, with an average passing rate of 93.68%. Among them, the highest pass rate is 97.11% in 2013 and the passing rate in other years is above 92.00%. The passing rate of chemical toxins was 99.96%, followed by the physical factor pass rate of 83.44%, the lowest passing rate of dust (78.54%); 2012-2016 13,297 employees were physically inspected and the number of anomaly detection was 663, average Out rate of 4.99%. The abnormal items were mainly abnormal hearing, with an average of 3.41%. Other abnormal items were blood pressure (0.80%), blood routine (0.77%), chest X ray (0.01%) and pulmonary function (0.01%). 3 occupational diseases, are occupational noise deafness. Occupational taboo card 5 people, of whom 2 were noise workers, 3 were high temperature workers. Conclusion The prevention and control of occupational hazards and occupational health monitoring work in this enterprise are not ideal. Noise is the key point of prevention and treatment. Personal and health guardianship of noise workers should be strengthened.
