Pearl River Water Conservancy Economic Research Association 1991 Annual Conference cum Symposium held September 16 ~ 21 in Anshun, Guizhou Province, held the palace, 51 delegates, the Yangtze River, Yellow River, Haihe River Water Conservancy Economic Research Institute to send guidance to the Chinese water conservancy economy Huang Youruo, an adviser to the research council, also sent a congratulatory telegram to the conference.
