目的研究新诊断2型糖尿病患者血清磷脂脂肪酸谱与高敏C反应蛋白(hsC-RP)的关系。方法以60例新诊断2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者和55名健康对照(NC)者为研究对象,用高效气相色谱法测定血清磷脂脂肪酸谱,颗粒增强免疫沉淀法测定血清hsC-RP水平。结果 T2DM组的饱和脂肪酸(SFA)总量较NC组显著升高(48.79%±1.55%vs 42.58%±1.96%,P<0.01),单不饱和脂肪酸(MU-FA)较NC组显著降低(10.72%±1.53%vs 12.09%±1.32%,P<0.01),多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)总量较NC组显著降低(39.49%±1.88%vs 45.33%±1.96%,P<0.01)。T2DM组的血清hsC-RP明显高于NC组。相关性分析显示,hsC-RP浓度与SFA正相关(y=0.32,P=0.03),与n-3 PUFA总量负相关(r=-0.29,P=0.04)。结论新诊断2型糖尿病患者血清磷脂脂肪酸谱与健康者不同,血清hsC-RP与n-3 PUFA总量负相关。
Objective To study the relationship between serum phospholipid fatty acid profile and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsC-RP) in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Sixty patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and 55 healthy controls (NC) were enrolled in this study. Serum phospholipid fatty acid profiles were determined by high performance gas chromatography and serum hsC-RP levels by particle-enhanced immunoprecipitation. Results The total amount of saturated fatty acid (SFA) in T2DM group was significantly higher than that in NC group (48.79% ± 1.55% vs 42.58% ± 1.96%, P <0.01), while the content of monounsaturated fatty acid 10.72% ± 1.53% vs 12.09% ± 1.32%, P <0.01). The total PUFA content was significantly lower than that in NC group (39.49% ± 1.88% vs 45.33% ± 1.96%, P <0.01). The serum hsC-RP of T2DM group was significantly higher than that of NC group. Correlation analysis showed that the concentration of hsC-RP was positively correlated with SFA (y = 0.32, P = 0.03) and negatively correlated with the total amount of n-3 PUFA (r = -0.29, P = 0.04). Conclusions Serum phospholipid fatty acid profiles of patients newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes are different from those of healthy controls. Serum hsC-RP is negatively correlated with the total amount of n-3 PUFA.
