我们在原有平剪和R剪的基础上,改装成了液压随动平剪与R剪,这是一种用于加工样板的液压半自动剪床。这两台剪床共用一台液压动力源,它们与原来的平剪和R剪相比,具有效率高、省力、结构原理简单、工作可靠稳定、使用维护方便等优点。现将该剪床作一简单介绍。一、基本结构原理结构原理很简单,就是在原有的平剪和R剪上配上一套液压增力系统和随动伺服系统以及操纵机构。具体地说,就是利用了飞机上过期的助力器作增压。
