目的建立吹扫捕集气相色谱质谱联用法测定水中14种挥发性有机物的方法。方法采用吹扫捕集方法对样品进行吹脱,吸附,烘烤,吹扫后,用气相色谱质谱联用仪进行定性定量测定。结果利用吹扫捕集气相色谱质谱联用法测定水中14中挥发性有机物,最低检出限0.002~0.01μg/L,回收率97.9%~106.3%,相关系数均大于0.998,相对标准偏差2.26%~9.09%。结论该方法能同时分离水中14中挥发性有机物,线性良好,具有操作简便,快捷,灵敏度高等优点。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of 14 volatile organic compounds in water by purge and trap gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS). Methods Purge and desorption method was used to strip, adsorb, bake and purge samples, and then qualitatively and quantitatively determined by GC / MS. Results The detection limit of volatile organic compounds in water by GC-MS was 0.002-0.01 μg / L, and the recovery rates were 97.9% -106.3%. The correlation coefficients were both greater than 0.998 and the relative standard deviations were 2.26% 9.09%. Conclusion The method can separate 14 volatile organic compounds in water at the same time and has good linearity. It has the advantages of easy operation, fastness and high sensitivity.
