结合 DOW火灾爆炸指数法提出了散化码头火灾爆炸危险评价法 ,由此得到表示各评价单元的多种危险系数及以实际可能最大财产损失、停产损失等安全经济指标的火灾爆炸危险程度 ,并通过安全指标的横向比较 ,综合分析评价目标的安全性 ,提出相应的对策 ,将危险控制在可接受的水平 . Combined with the DOW fire explosion index method, a risk assessment method for fire and explosion of bulk wharf was put forward. From this, a variety of hazard coefficients indicating each evaluation unit and the degree of fire and explosion risk with safety and economic indicators such as the maximum possible property loss and production stoppage loss were obtained. Through the horizontal comparison of safety indexes, the safety of the evaluation target is analyzed comprehensively, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to control the danger at an acceptable level.
