简要介绍了故障模式影响及危害性分析的基本理论和步骤,运用FMECA方法对某型号汽车起重机悬挂结构进行可靠性分析,找出其薄弱环节并提出改善措施,提出此过程形成提高可靠性的良性循环,可应用于一般产品。
The basic theory and procedure of failure mode influence and hazard analysis are briefly introduced. The reliability of suspension model of a truck crane is analyzed with FMECA method. The weak links are found and the improvement measures are put forward. The process is proposed to improve the reliability of the model Circulation, can be applied to general products.
