目的:研究垂柳挥发物的化学成分和相对含量,为探索垂柳挥发物吸引天敌的功效及其药用价值提供科学依据。方法:通过动态顶空吸附法收集垂柳挥发物,利用气质联用仪分析鉴定垂柳挥发物的化学成分和相对含量。结果:从垂柳挥发物中共鉴定出41种化学成分,其中健康垂柳挥发物33种,蚜害垂柳挥发物38种。健康垂柳挥发物与蚜害垂柳挥发物在组成和比例上存在显著差异。其中,蚜害垂柳挥发物新增6种烯类物质、1种醛类物质和1种酮类物质。结论:蚜害垂柳挥发物新增烯类、醛类和酮类化合物可能具有吸引天敌的功效,在生态保护垂柳中起着重要作用;垂柳挥发物的一些功能性成分具有良好药用价值,还需深入研究。
Objective: To study the chemical composition and relative content of Volatile Components of weeping willow, and to provide a scientific basis for exploring the efficacy and medicinal value of Volatile Components of Vitex negundo. Methods: The volatile compounds of weeping weeds were collected by dynamic headspace adsorption. The chemical composition and relative content of the volatile components of weeping weeds were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results: 41 chemical constituents were identified from the volatiles of weeping willow, including 33 species of healthy weeping willow and 38 species of weeping willow volatile. There was a significant difference in the composition and proportion of healthy weeping weeds volatiles and pest-weeping willow volatiles. Among them, six kinds of aldehydes, one aldehyde substance and one kind of ketones were added to the volatile compounds of weeping willow. CONCLUSION: The newly-added aldehydes, aldehydes and ketones of Volatile Oil from weevils may play an important role in attracting natural enemies and play an important role in weeping willow. The functional constituents of Volatile Oil from weeping willow have good medicinal value, Need to study in depth.
