1.改造性大修前窑体的变革我厂157.5米隧道窑是原苏联五十年代的窑型,它用来生产硅砖。这种窑型一般是窑车与窑车衔接简单(见图1),因此窑体密封不良,容易窜火。1972年后我厂不再生产硅砖,而用硅砖157.5米隧道窑来焙烧镁砖与镁铝砖,最终烧成温度由烧成硅砖的1370~1390℃,提高到烧成镁砖的1560~1580℃。因此,原硅砖砌筑的窑顶不断发生熔蚀,不适应烧成镁砖的操作要求。 1974年9月,157.5米隧道窑进行了一次大修,大修中按照一般烧成镁砖的要求,参照一般镁砖隧道窑砌筑情况,取消了硅砖内衬与窑顶,采用了镁铬砖内衬和镁铝砖拱吊顶。三年后,实践证明采用拱吊顶效果很好,保持了窑顶拱型完整,即使在窑顶一环
