保障性住房是我国一项重要的惠民工程,对于人们居住环境的保障和社会稳定都具有重要意义。相对于商业房地产开发保障性住房收益相对有限,使得在建设融资方面往往存在一定问题。各级政府要实现保障性住房政策的有效贯彻和保障性住房建设的有效开展,就应当结合实际融资中存在的问题,结合当地实际情况采取有效措施完善我国保障性住房建设资金融资。本文将对保障新住房融资现状进行分析,并在此基础上探索解决保障性住房融资困境的策略。
