Human’s intrinsic safety is the basic premise and an important link in realizing mine’s intrinsic safety. Qishan Coal Mine adhere to theoretical training and practical teaching two-wheel-drive, multi-channel ways to improve staff skills and speed up the cultivation of practical high-skilled personnel, and laid a solid foundation for the long-term peace and stability of the mine.
