以浙江省葡萄主栽品种甬优1号为试材,分别用保康灵1号(BKL1)、化学农药和清水处理后测定葡萄叶片面积、厚度、叶绿素含量、苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性、果实重量和总糖含量以及葡萄霜霉病和炭疽病的发病率等指标。结果表明,相比清水对照,BKL1处理能增加葡萄叶片面积和厚度,提高叶绿素含量和苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性,增加葡萄果实重量,并能提高葡萄果实总糖含量,减少葡萄霜霉病和炭疽病的发病率。除叶片面积、霜霉病和炭疽病的发病率外,BKL1处理在其他指标上均优于化学农药。总之,BKL1能改善葡萄的生长系统,促进葡萄增产和品质改善,并能激活葡萄的免疫系统,增强葡萄抗病能力。
Taking Yongyou 1, a major grape variety in Zhejiang Province as test material, leaf area, thickness, chlorophyll content and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase activity of grapes were determined with BKL1, chemical pesticides and water respectively , Fruit weight and total sugar content as well as the incidence of grape downy mildew and anthrax. Except leaf area, downy mildew and anthrax incidence, BKL1 treatment was superior to chemical pesticides on other indicators. In conclusion, BKL1 can improve grape growth system, promote grape yield and quality improvement, activate grape immune system and enhance grape disease resistance.
