从风险因素交互作用的角度探讨民机着陆阶段风险因素的权重分布。针对着陆事件中所涉及的风险因素,引入层次分析法,通过分析确定风险因素的重要性标度,构建交互式信息空间中的风险因素权重模型。在此基础上,研究风险因素的定量评估问题。进一步考虑机队的航线持续运行对于风险因素的影响,提出层次分析法的增量式过程,研究目标风险因素权重的增量评估方法,揭示时间维度下风险因素的权重分布,给出度量各种着陆环境及机组行为下着陆风险因素重要性的一般方法。工程实例验证该方法的有效性。
DISCUSSION ON THE WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION OF RISK FACTORS IN THE LANDING OF CIVIL CHINA CIVILIAN FROM THE INTERACTION OF RISK FACTORS. Aiming at the risk factors involved in the landing events, this paper introduces the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the importance scale of the risk factors and construct the weight model of risk factors in the interactive information space. On this basis, we study the quantitative assessment of risk factors. Further consider the influence of fleet’s continuous operation of route on risk factors, propose incremental process of AHP, research incremental evaluation method of target risk factor weight, reveal the weight distribution of risk factors in time dimension, Landing and crew behavior under the risk of landing the importance of the general approach. Engineering example validates the effectiveness of this method.
