2016年秋,笔者在泰安参加了中国教育学会教育学分会和山东创新教育研究院共同举办的“走向深度学习的目标教学——一全国目标教学30周年学术研讨暨课堂成果展示会议”。会上的两个报告给我留下了深刻印象:一是顾泠沅教授的“布卢姆与目标掌握学习”的专题报告,报告中阐述了目标教学的发展历程,二是张志勇副厅长的“关于目标教学未来走向”的专题报告,指明了目标教学的未来走向。前辈们对于目标教学理念的坚守和执着深深触动了笔者。作为一名普通的一线教师,会议之后所能做的,就是把前辈们目标教学的成功经验,落实到每一堂课上,接过他们的接力棒,把目标教学继续传承和发展下去。
In the autumn of 2016, the author participated in the “Towards a Deep Learning Target Teaching - A Symposium on the 30th Anniversary of the National Goal of Teaching and Classroom Achievements Conference” co-sponsored by the Education Branch of the Chinese Society of Education and the Shandong Institute of Innovation Education in Taian. Two reports at the meeting left a deep impression on me: First, Professor Gu Lingyuan “Bloom and the goal to master learning,” the special report, the report describes the course of the development of the target teaching, and second is Zhang Zhiyong, deputy director The special report on the future direction of the target teaching indicated the future direction of the target teaching. Predecessors for the purpose of teaching philosophy adherence and dedication touched the author deeply. As an ordinary front-line teacher, what can be done after the meeting is to implement the successful experience of the target’s predecessors in every lesson, take over their baton, and continue to carry on and develop the target teaching.
