Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) are lymphocytes located around the tissue of tumor cells and have the function of killing tumor cells and reducing the metastatic potential. Because of its close contact with tumor cells is considered as a direct and specific expression of the host recognition of tumor, changes in the number and function of infiltrating immune cells in tumor tissue to some extent reflect the intensity and overall level of the body’s anti-tumor response. As the host of the forefront of tumor immunity much attention, in recent years more research. This article reviews the progress of TIL and its treatment in ovarian cancer.
