以突尼斯软籽石榴种子为试材,研究盐胁迫下甜菜碱处理对石榴种子萌发和幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明:400μg/m L甜菜碱浸种+0.1%Na Cl盐胁迫能够促进石榴种子萌发,且幼苗生长健壮;400μg/m L甜菜碱浸种处理能够有效提高石榴幼苗叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性,促进可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量的积累,减少MDA和H2O2含量积累,明显提高了石榴幼苗的耐盐性。
Using Tunisian soft-seed pomegranate seeds as test material, the effects of betaine treatment on seed germination and seedling physiological characteristics of pomegranate seedlings under salt stress were studied. The results showed that 400μg / m L betaine and 0.1% NaCl could promote the seed germination of pomegranate seedlings, and the seedlings grew robustly. Soaking seed with 400μg / m L betaine could effectively increase the activity of SOD, POD and CAT in pomegranate seedling leaves and promote The accumulation of soluble sugar and proline and the accumulation of MDA and H2O2 reduced the salt tolerance of pomegranate seedlings significantly.
