在东方,我们相信,从古至今万事万物都是不断变化、消亡,又变形而再生的过程。宇宙因创造、保持、破坏三个状态而存在,没有终结地反复变幻。对于存在于空间的时问来说,则是呈无限的螺旋前进的。 我相信,艺术也是呈有二至三种状态的。在创作的同时有破坏,没有破坏就没有创造。保持是小创造和小破坏的反复。艺术是为了创造的破坏,不是为了破坏的破坏。 我的这种认识是通过石头而发现,又通过石头而感受和言传的。我在日本举办第一次个人展览时(1979年在东京),我的老师堀内正
