目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻腔翼管、筛前神经集区射频热凝治疗血管运动性鼻炎(VMR)对鼻黏膜纤毛超微结构的影响。方法选取2014年6月至2015年6月在该科进行鼻腔翼管、筛前神经集区射频热凝治疗的VMR患者58例,透射电镜下观察患者术前、术后6个月鼻黏膜超微结构。结果术后6个月透射电镜下显示鼻黏膜纤毛超微结构较术前明显改善:柱状上皮纤毛排列整齐,无纤毛脱落、倒伏,长短基本一致,粗细较均匀,方向齐同,线粒体形态数量恢复,柱状上皮“9+2”微管结构明显清晰。结论鼻内镜下鼻腔翼管、筛前神经集区射频热凝治疗VMR可使受损鼻黏膜纤毛系统得到改善。
Objective To investigate the effect of nasal endoscopic nasal vasculature and anterior ethmoidal nerve radiofrequency thermocoagulation on the ultrastructure of nasal mucosa in patients with vasomotor rhinitis (VMR). Methods From June 2014 to June 2015, 58 patients with VMR who underwent nasogastric tube and ethmoidal nerve radiofrequency ablation in the department of ethmoidal nerve were selected from June 2014 to June 2015. The changes of nasal mucosa before and 6 months after operation were observed under transmission electron microscope microstructure. Results The ultrastructure of nasal mucosa at 6 months postoperatively showed that the ultrastructure of nasal mucosa was significantly improved compared with that before operation: the columnar epithelial cilia arranged neatly without cilia shedding, lodging, the length was basically the same, the thickness was more uniform, the same direction, the number of mitochondria recovered , Columnar epithelium “9 +2 ” microtubule structure clearly clear. Conclusions Nasal endoscopic nasal vasculature and anterior ethmoidal nerve radiofrequency thermocoagulation for VMR can improve the damaged nasal mucociliary system.
