全收率甲醇分离技术改造项目于2009年在一甲醇装置检修期间实施完成,目前设备运行稳定。经分析测试,全收率甲醇分离器顶部气相甲醇浓度(体积分数)由原来的0.9%下降至0.051%,分离器中部采出的稀甲醇含量保持在71%~74%。在装置投料量保持不变的情况下,粗甲醇日产量最高达到424 t,每天可多产粗甲醇近20 t,折精醇12 t,全年预计增加甲醇4 000 t,年效益约700万元。全收率甲醇分离技术在10×104 t/a一甲醇装置上的成功应用,实现了甲醇生产过程中合成循环气回路中各种形态甲醇近100%全分离回收,提高了甲醇产量,降低了甲醇生产成本。

It is estimated that the annual production of methanol will increase by 4,000 tons and the annual benefit will be about 7 million yuan yuan. The successful application of full-rate methanol separation technology in a 10 × 104t / a methanol plant has realized the complete separation and recovery of various forms of methanol in the synthetic recycle gas loop in the methanol production process, increased the methanol yield and reduced Methanol production costs.
