目的 研究体外冲击波(extracorporeal shock wave,ESW)对卵巢切除合并吊尾大鼠骨微结构是否具有保护作用。方法 将4月龄雌性无特定病原体(specific pathogen free,SPF)SD大鼠18只随机分为对照组、去卵巢合并吊尾组、ESW干预组,每组各6只。对照组大鼠进行假手术,去卵巢合并吊尾组大鼠同时进行双侧卵巢切除及尾部悬吊,ESW干预组大鼠进行双侧卵巢切除及尾部悬吊后接受ESW干预。ESW干预强度为3 bar,频率为5 Hz,每次干预1500次脉冲,每周干预1次,共干
