我院自1983年4月至1988年2月,应用二氧化碳激光聚焦切割法对45例男性进行了激光绝育,术后效果满意,现报告如下。对象和方法绝育者为28～43岁已有子女的健康人。本组中有35名农民和农村干部,10名城市干部及工人。1.术前清洗阴囊、阴茎、会阴和备皮。2.用1‰的新洁尔灭消毒手术野3次。
Our hospital from April 1983 to February 1988, the application of carbon dioxide laser focused cutting 45 cases of male laser sterilization, postoperative results are satisfactory, are as follows. Subjects and methods of sterilization for 28 to 43-year-old children have healthy people. In this group, there are 35 peasants and rural cadres, 10 urban cadres and workers. 1. Preoperative cleansing scrotum, penis, perineum and skin preparation. 2. With 1 ‰ benzalkonium bromide disinfection of the surgical field 3 times.
