1. 前言在以往的一些复合材料性能测试标准和有关讨论层间剪切破坏的文献中,都只引入单向复合材料的层间剪切强度。然而事实证明,正交铺层间的剪切强度(称正交层间剪切强度) 要比单向铺层间的剪切强度(称单向层间剪切强度)低得多。因此,只用单向层间剪切强度不足以说明层合板的层间剪切强度,尤其是把它用作设计指标时就更不合理,也不安全。为此,我们引进了正交层间剪切强度这一新的强度指标,并设法正确地测定了它。若以此作为设计指标就保证安全。测定单向层间剪切强度已经有了较合理的方法,它是用短梁的三点弯曲来测得的。本文也提出用短梁的三点弯曲来测定正交层间剪切强度。不过试样材料是用〔0_m/90_n〕_s这类正交铺设层合板。
1. INTRODUCTION In the past some of the composite material performance testing standards and literature on the discussion of interlaminar shear failure, only the interlaminar shear strength of unidirectional composites was introduced. However, it turns out that the shear strength between orthogonal plies (called the interlaminar shear strength) is much lower than the shear strength between unidirectional plies (called unidirectional interlaminar shear strength). Therefore, the unidirectional interlaminar shear strength is not enough to explain the interlaminar shear strength of the laminate, and it is even more irrational and unsafe to use it as a design index. For this reason, we introduced the new strength index of orthogonal interlaminar shear strength and managed to determine it correctly. If this as a design indicator to ensure safety.
