本文进行了花岗岩中铌钽的直接光谱测定。同时观察了基物组成改变对铌钽测定结果的影响。分析线对采用Nb2927.8A/Mo2930.5A及Ta2685.1A/Mo2683.2A.测定的浓度低限为0.03%(以氧化物计算)。均方误差铌为±11.0%(浓度0.1%)及±8.1%(浓度1%),钽为±15.9%(浓度0.1%)及±13.6%(浓度1%)。在花岗岩,石英,辉石,钾长石,方解石中观察了成分变化对铌钽测定的影响。最后用本方法进行了实物分析。
In this paper, the direct spectroscopic determination of niobium and tantalum in granite was carried out. At the same time, the effect of the change of substrate composition on the determination results of niobium and tantalum was observed. The analytical line pair uses Nb2927.8A / Mo2930.5A and Ta2685.1A / Mo2683.2A. The lower limit of determination is 0.03% (calculated as oxide). The mean square error for niobium is ± 11.0% for 0.1% and ± 8.1% for tantalum ± 15.9% for 0.1% and ± 13.6% for 1% tantalum. In granite, quartz, pyroxene, potassium feldspar, calcite observed changes in composition of niobium tantalum determination. Finally, this method was used in physical analysis.
