目的：研究Ｐ５３在星形细胞瘤中的表达与肿瘤病理分级的关系，讨论Ｐ５３在星形细胞瘤预后判断上的价值。方法：ＳＰ免疫组化法对１１０例星形细胞中Ｐ５３的表达进行研究。结果：在星形细胞瘤中，Ｐ５３阳性表达率及其阳性细胞百分率均与病理分级无关。结论：Ｐ５３基因突变是星形细胞瘤发生发展过程的不同阶段中的一种相对独立的基因改变，Ｐ５３蛋白的积聚在该肿瘤预后判断上的价值尚难肯定。
Objective: To study the relationship between the expression of P53 in astrocytoma and the pathological grade of tumor, and discuss the value of P53 in the prognosis of astrocytoma. Methods: SP immunohistochemical method was used to study the expression of P53 in 110 astrocytes. RESULTS: In astrocytoma, the positive expression rate of P53 and the percentage of positive cells were not associated with pathological grade. Conclusion: The mutation of P53 gene is a relatively independent gene change in different stages of the development and progression of astrocytoma. The value of accumulation of P53 protein in the prognosis of this tumor is still difficult to affirm.
