本实验利用含有不同浓度CaCl_2或无钙的和不同浓度钙拮抗剂——戊脉安的Krebs液,来研究15-甲基前列腺素F_(2α)(15-甲-PGF_(2α))对离体兔输卵管平滑肌的作用与钙离子的关系。结果表明15-甲-PGF_(2α)可明显地提高输卵管平滑肌收缩力,并且随浓度的升高而增强。在半钙液或无钙液中,或用戊脉安处理后,输卵管平滑肌对15-甲-PGF_(2α)的反应明显减弱,戊脉安尚能缓解15-甲-PGF_(2α)所致输卵管平滑肌的兴奋作用。这都提示15-甲-PGF_(2α)对输卵管平滑肌的兴奋作用与细胞外钙离子的内流有密切关系。
In this study, Krebs solution containing different concentrations of CaCl 2 or calcium-free and different concentrations of calcium antagonist - verapamil was used to study the effect of 15-methyl prostaglandin F_ (2α) (15-methyl-PGF_ (2α) Effect of Calcium on the Function of Tubal Smooth Muscle in Rabbits. The results showed that 15-A-PGF (2α) significantly increased tubal smooth muscle contractility and increased with increasing concentration. The response of the fallopian tube smooth muscle to 15-A-PGF_ (2α) was significantly weakened in the half-calcium or calcium-free solution, or treated with verapamil. Verapamil was also able to relieve 15-methyl-PGF_ (2α) Tubal smooth muscle excitability. These suggest that 15-A-PGF_ (2α) on the tubal smooth muscle excitability and extracellular calcium influx are closely related.
