文章结合大庆至广州国家重点公路河南周口段高速公路介绍一种先进的水泥稳定碎石基层配合比设计方法—低剂量振动成型法。该方法较好地模拟压路机的压实机理,能减少收缩裂缝,减少水泥剂量、提高了半刚性基层的路用性能。对施工工艺、质量控制要点也做了详细阐述。实践证明,振动成型配合比设计方法较好的模拟了压路机的碾压效果,减少了水泥用量,提高了抗裂能力,由此产生的经济效益和社会效益是相当可观的,该设计方法值得推广。
This paper introduces an advanced cement-stabilized macadam base mix design method - low-dose vibration forming method based on Daqing-Guangzhou National Highway Zhoukou Expressway in Henan Province. The method can better simulate the compaction mechanism of the roller, reduce shrinkage cracks, reduce the dosage of cement and improve the road performance of the semi-rigid base. The construction technology, quality control points have also been elaborated. Practice has proved that the design method of vibration molding with a better simulation of roller compacting effect, reducing the amount of cement and improve the crack resistance, resulting in economic and social benefits is considerable, the design is worth promoting .
