对FSW过程数值模拟研究的进展进行了介绍和总结,认为采用流体或刚塑性体描述搅拌头周围金属,存有明显的流动区域或者流动分界面,与实际情况有较大差距。如果根据材料流动的本质,通过对材料流动的驱动力及所受约束问题,即“软性约束”问题进行研究,或许对解决现有问题、完善FSW焊缝成形理论具有巨大意义。
The progress of the numerical simulation of FSW process is introduced and summarized. It is considered that the fluid or rigid plastic body is used to describe the metal around the mixing head, and there is a clear flow area or flow interface, which is far from the actual situation. According to the nature of material flow, it is of great significance to solve the existing problems and improve the theory of FSW weld formation by studying the driving force of material flow and the constraint, that is, “soft constraint ”.
