基于Dynaform的T形三通管热态内高压成形加载路径优化

以T形导管内高压成形过程中支管高度和壁厚减薄量为目标参数,采用正交试验方法,以内压、平衡冲头后退量、左右冲头进给量为影响因子设计了正交方案。基于数值模拟的方法研究各工艺参数对成形管件的影响,获得了最优的加载路径。结果表明,通过正交试验和数值模拟可以快速获得综合质量较好的T形导管类零件成形工艺参数。 Taking the height of branch pipe and the amount of wall thickness reduction as the target parameters in the process of high-pressure forming of T-shaped pipe, the orthogonal design method was designed by using orthogonal test method with internal pressure, balanced back amount of punch and left and right punch feed rate as influence factors . Based on the numerical simulation method, the influence of process parameters on the forming pipe was studied and the optimal loading path was obtained. The results show that the forming process parameters of T-shaped duct parts with good overall quality can be rapidly obtained through orthogonal test and numerical simulation.
