近年来,国内矿山广泛应用堆石坝做尾矿坝的基础坝。由于坝址受地形条件的限制,常采用工期长、造价高的人工堆坝方法;而建设快、投资省、工效高的定向爆破施工方法没有广泛应用。本文分析了国内几个矿山应用定向爆破堆筑尾矿坝的经验,认为在不利地形条件下,采取双岸爆破、双排毫秒爆破、布置低位药包、等量对称药包和条形药包等一系列技术措施,能够达到预期的筑坝目的。文中论述了筑坝的地形条件、克服不利地形条件的技术措施、条形药包试验成果和在不利地形条件下应用定向爆破筑坝实例。实践表明.定向爆破堆筑尾矿坝是一种多快好省的施工方法。而探讨在不利地形条件下应用定向爆破堆筑尾矿坝的可能性,有助于打破传统的对坝址建设条件过严要求,从而扩大其应用范围,这对加速冶金矿山建设具有重大意义。
In recent years, extensive use of rockfill dam in the domestic mine dam tailings dam foundation. Because dam site is limited by the topography conditions, the artificial dam-dumping method with long construction period and high cost is often adopted. However, the directional blasting construction method with quick construction, investment saving and high work efficiency is not widely used. This paper analyzes the experience of using directional blasting to build tailing dam in several mines in our country. It is considered that under the unfavorable topographic conditions, double-row blasting, double row millisecond blasting, low-level medicine bag, symmetrical medicine bag and bar-shaped medicine bag And a series of technical measures to achieve the expected purpose of damming. The paper discusses the topographical conditions of dam construction, technical measures to overcome the unfavorable terrain conditions, the experimental results of strip packs and the example of applying directional blasting dam under adverse terrain conditions. Practice shows that the directional blasting pile tailings dam construction is a more rapid and better construction methods. The feasibility of using directional blasting to build tailing dam under unfavorable topographical conditions is discussed, which helps to break the traditional over-strict requirements for dam site construction conditions and expand its application range, which is of great significance to accelerating the construction of metallurgical mines.
