目的:观察硫酸沙丁胺醇缓释胶囊(爱纳灵)治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘临床症状控制的有效性、安全性。方法:采用随机开放性自身对照研究,选择2009年5月—2010年4月期间在广州医学院第一附属医院儿科门诊诊断为咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿46例,年龄范围5岁~13岁,其中男性25例,女性21例。入选者口服爱纳灵每次0.1~0.15 mg/kg,每日早、晚各1次,连续2周。观察期间,记录患儿的咳嗽日间症状评分、夜间症状评分及峰流速(PEF)监测,分别在治疗前、治疗第7天、第14天检查肺功能,记录1秒钟用力呼气量占正常预计值的百分比(FEV1%)及最高PEF占正常预计值的百分比(PEF%),评估临床疗效评分及有效率,并记录不良反应。结果:在治疗后第7天、第14天观察点的咳嗽日间症状评分、夜间症状评分、FEVl%、PEF%、疗效分均较治疗前有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。临床总有效数为39例,总有效率为84.78%。在整个观察期,未发现用药不良反应。结论:爱纳灵为高选择性β_2受体激动剂,在治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘中能较好地改善患儿的临床症状及肺功能,安全性较好,适用于儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的治疗。
Objective: To observe the effectiveness and safety of Salbutamol Sulfate Sustained - release Capsule (Ailenne) in the treatment of clinical symptoms of cough variant asthma in children. Methods: Randomized open-ended self-controlled study was conducted to select 46 children with cough variant asthma who were diagnosed as pediatric asthma in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College from May 2009 to April 2010, ranging in age from 5 to 13 years old. Including 25 males and 21 females. Participants oral Ai Nailing each 0.1 ~ 0.15 mg / kg, daily morning and evening 1, for 2 weeks. During the observation period, the cough daytime symptom score, nighttime symptom score and peak flow rate (PEF) monitoring were recorded. The clinical efficacy score and effectiveness were assessed and the adverse reactions recorded. Results: The cough daytime symptom scores, nighttime symptom scores, FEVl%, PEF%, and therapeutic effect points on the 7th and 14th days after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment (P <0.05) <0.01). Clinical total effective number was 39 cases, the total effective rate was 84.78%. Throughout the observation period, no adverse drug reactions were found. CONCLUSION: Anemone is a highly selective β_2 receptor agonist, which can improve the clinical symptoms and lung function of children with cough variant asthma. It is safe and suitable for the treatment of children with cough variant asthma .
