一、前言我厂SHF8—13—Ⅱ型沸腾炉,原设计为风帽型布风板,结构设计很不合理:通风阻力大、电耗高,风帽头易过热烧坏,易局部结焦而停炉检修,点火、运行事故多,清渣困难,劳动强度大。故而直接地影响了化肥生产的安全性和经济性,增加了能耗,成为化肥生产的老大难问题之一。 1987年7月我厂引进了湖南大学研究成功的JNE—Ay型布风板新技术店,8月24日改造完毕,9月10日点火投产一次成功。至1988年1月10日止,已安全运行
