在中国所有公共图书室结构管理的体系里,基层文化站图书室是最基层的一种单位,其主要服务的对象覆盖面比较广,广大的人民群众是其直接面对的群体。这部分的群体大多数文化层次比较低,不仅文化意识,还有对信息知识接受的能力普遍不高。为了提高人民群众文化的素质,让他们更多地接触到先进的科学文化知识,那么需要准确地定位基层文化站图书室免费开放的服务。提升服务的意识,树立出以人为本这种服务的理念,塑造出一种高效率、高质量的服务环境,让图书室的服务对象能够感受到新社会、新时代所带来的气息。
In the system of structural management of all public libraries in China, the library at the grassroots cultural stations is the most basic type of unit.
